This third and final session of this series will explore ways to create an inclusive workplace for individuals of all identities through the intersectionality of gender, sexual orientation and disability. Attendees will discover what it means to build intentional LGBTQIA spaces in the workplace and understand challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community, such as discrimination, stigma and bias.
